In the aftermath of a traumatic event, it’s hard to do anything, let alone figure out how to heal.
*These resources are obviously not a replacement for people who need specialized psychological care and should not be treated as such.
They are presented as a free resource for those who have no other options for their best efforts, for those who have minor issues they can work through themselves with a little help, and for people who need help understanding whatever it is they need help with so they are prepared to articulate their needs and efficiently access the most productive methods of healing for them.
I give away resources because I believe people should have access to what makes their life better regardless of ability to pay.
